Our Support Services are flexible, allowing you to choose the level of support you need and what you are willing to pay. Our Support Service Agreements allow you to have access to our Support Services at all times as well as access to any upgrades to the software. This ensures that you will never have to purchase another software program to replace it. You have unlimited access to our staff, our training programs, telephone and email support and any and all future editions or upgrades to the software. Our Support Service Agreements include:

- Web-Based Training Programs
- All Software Updates and Future Editions of the software
If you opt not to subscribe to one of our Support Service Agreements you may have access to any of our Support Services and Software Updates on an as needed basis.
We continue to spend a great deal of time making sure that our products are very easy to use. In fact, a typical installation does not even require on-site training. With the help of technology, we have developed a highly advanced, online, interactive training program that is second to none. This allows our customers to learn at their own pace and according to their time schedule. However, other training options are available, including but not limited to on-site training. We may recommend our on-site training program for stations that will be utilizing virtually every aspect of the program or stations with little or no experience with a similar program. Our on-site training program is highly intensive and covers much more than the basics of daily operation. This training allows for individual, one on one training with your staff that is tailored to satisfy the exact needs of your station(s). With on-site training your staff will be able to maximize the software's potential and be more productive.
