10/03 -- EDI or Electronic Data Interchange is the broadcast industry's long awaited standards for the automation of transactions between agencies, rep firms and stations, most commonly referred to as Electronic Invoicing.  ACI Media is proud to announce that they are actively participating in the development of the EDI standards by working in conjunction with the RAB as a member of their EDI Taskforce.  The EDI Taskforce consists of a variety of ad agencies, communication companies, software companies and associations working together to create a standard format for Electronic Invoicing.  As active participants and developers of the EDI standards these features will be available in our software as they are approved by the board.   For more information on  the progress of EDI standards, click here.
